            MatchLoan LLC is a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming.  MatchLoan LLC is not a mortgage lender or banker; instead MatchLoan LLC facilitates connecting consumers with mortgage lenders.  The information you provide to MatchLoan LLC is used to match you with potential lenders and is not a mortgage application.  MatchLoan LLC does not pre-qualify you for any mortgage and does not guarantee that it can find you a mortgage.  Nothing on this Web Site should be construed as an offer or promise of a specific loan, or a guarantee that any lender will make a specific loan. MatchLoan LLC also does not guaranty or warrant the services or product of any lender, including the rates quoted, points, or type of loan.  This Web Site and MatchLoan LLC’s services should not be construed as an advertisement for credit.

            MatchLoan LLC is a service provider.  Matchloan LLC provides a service that is used by or on behalf of a consumer to facilitate a consumer’s choice among alternative lenders in connection with a particular real estate transaction that may be covered by the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).  MatchLoan LLC’s services provide information concerning products or services to prospective borrowers with information regarding rates and terms of loan products for a particular property in order for the borrower to choose a loan product.

            Matchloan LLC provides services in return for payment by settlement service providers which bear a reasonable relationship to the value of services provided, and, as such, is compliant with RESPA 12 U.S.C. §2607.  MatchLoan LLC lists multiple lenders to the consumer and allows that information about each lender’s products to be made available to consumers for comparisons with other similar products.  Use of the MatchLoan LLC service provides lenders with an extended web presence and greater market reach under the MatchLoan LLC name.  Lenders have access to extensive levels of advertising exposure which may include television, radio, print ads, billboards, and various other advertisements under the MatchLoan LLC name.  Lenders may avail themselves to the advertising through MatchLoan LLC’s web portals and the use of MatchLoan LLC’s proprietary website control panel technology.  Lenders may also be provided with quality control information in the form of surveys or other customer satisfaction research detailing borrowers’ experiences with the lender’s company, processes, and products.  Payments received by MatchLoan LLC from these providers are not referral fees and are reasonably related to the value of services provided.

            In no event shall MatchLoan LLC be liable for any delay, error, faulty transmission, or mistake concerning any information transmitted, nor be liable for any result of such delay, error, faulty transmission or mistake, or the results thereof.  Please note that any usage of this Web Site is governed by the Terms of Use, as well.

            A lender who offers to make or procure a loan secured by a first mortgage or first deed of trust on a 1- to 4- family home to be occupied by the borrower shall provide the borrower with a financing agreement executed by the lender within 10 business days after the date the loan application is completed.

            The financing agreement shall provide:
                                                (1)        the term and principal amount of the loan;
                                                (2)        an explanation of the type of mortgage loan being offered;
                                                (3)        the rate of interest that will apply to the loan and, if the rate is subject to change or a variable rate or is subject to final determination at a future date based on some objective standard, a specific statement of those facts;
                                                (4)        the points, if any, to be paid by the borrower or the seller, or both; and
                                                (5)        the term during which the financing agreement remains in effect.

            MatchLoan LLC does not collect any fee from consumers submitting an inquiry through its service.
